All arrangements are the work of Richard Harris and are not copied from or adapted from any copyright scores or other copyright arrangements of the same piece. All paid arrangements offered are taken from public domain works, i.e. exempt from copyright regulations. In no case will rfkharris.com make available for purchase any music whose copyright is currently held by other parties, unless permission has been granted. Please note that the work of some classical composers (such as Stravinsky) remains in copyright and permission may have to be obtained before any arrangement of that composer's work can be made. If in doubt, please contact rfkharris.com before requesting an arrangement. The arrangement copyright of all arrangements belongs to Richard Harris and arrangements may not be further sold on or let for hire without prior permission from rfkharris.com.

The copyright of all educational games and commissioned compositions from rfkharris.com is owned by Richard Harris. Feel free to use the compositions and games any way you see fit, but please do not sell them or hire them out without contacting us first.

All requests to this site are undertaken as soon as possible following receipt of payment - in most cases immediately. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the work you have received please contact us. Unfortunately rfkharris.com cannot take responsibility for items mislaid or lost in the post. If your arrangement request has not been received within four weeks please let us know. rfkharris.com can also not take responsibility for any errors made by our on-line payment providers PayPal.

We will make every effort to fulfil your request and if for reasons of our own we are unable to do so you will be refunded in full by cheque. We will contact you if your request is difficult to fulfil due to unavailability, denial of permission or of unusually large size; the work may take longer and in the latter case the quoted cost may increase, but only by mutual agreement. If we are unable to complete a composition request for mutually agreed reasons or for reasons of our own, you will be refunded in full by cheque, but we regret that refunds cannot be made where a requested work has been finished and a piece provided.

The act of submitting a completed request to this site constitutes an agreement to the terms and conditions above.
